MOTION
Moved by Council Member , seconded
by Council Member , that the Council of the City of
Glendale hereby:
1. Authorizes the City Manager, or a designee, to execute a construction contract – subject to approval by the City Attorney – with Sterndahl Enterprises, LLC, for the North Brand Boulevard Complete Streets Demonstration Project, Specification No. 3942R, for the amount of $842,380.
2. Authorizes a 10 percent reserve for contingency, equal to $84,238.
