Moved by Council Member , and seconded by Council Member , that the Management Agreement by and between the City of Glendale and the Montrose Shopping Park Association for the management of the Montrose Shopping Park Business Improvement District is hereby extended for an additional five (5) years commencing on January 1, 2024 through December 31, 2028. Further, the City Council authorizes the City Manager to execute the Management Agreement subject to the City Attorney’s review and approval as to legal form and content.
