MOTION
Moved by Council Member __________________________, seconded by Council Member __________________________, that the Council hereby authorizes the City Manager, or a designee, to execute any and all necessary agreements and documents related to the FTA 5310 Enhanced Mobility for Seniors and Individuals with Disability Grant funding awards and for the purchase of six replacement Dial-A-Ride minivans and implementation of the on-demand pilot program for Dial-A-Ride operations. Said agreements are subject to the approval of the City Attorney.
