by Council Member , that the Council of the City of
Glendale hereby:
1. Authorizes the City Manager, or their designee, to execute a construction contract – subject to approval by the City Attorney – with Onyx Paving Company, Inc., for the Fiscal Year 2023 Slurry Seal and Crack Seal Program, Specification No. 3929R, for the amount of $3,233,000
2. Authorizes a 10 percent reserve for contingency, equal to $323,300.
