MOTION
Moved by Council Member , seconded
by Council Member , that the Council of the City of
Glendale hereby:
1. Authorizes the City Manager, or a designee, to execute a construction contract – subject to approval by the City Attorney – with All American Asphalt, for the San Fernando Road Beautification Project Phase I, Specification No. 3973, for the amount of $14,115,620.
2. Authorizes a 10 percent reserve for contingency, equal to $1,411,562.
