M O T I O N
Moved by Council Member ________________________________, seconded by Council Member __________________________________, that the Council of the City of Glendale hereby authorizes the City Manager, or his designee, to enter into and execute a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with Public Financial Management Financial Advisors, LLC to include funds for the payment of fees for past services in the amount of $25,000 and fees for three future bond issuances in fiscal years 2024, 2025 and 2026 totaling $275,000 for a total contract not-to-exceed amount of $300,000. The PSA shall be subject to approval by they City Attorney.
