MOTION
Moved by Council Member _____________, seconded by Council Member __________, that upon review and consideration of all materials in connection with Appeal Case No. PAPP- 002052-2023 - appeal of the Design Review Board’s (DRB) approval of Design Review Board Case No. PDR-000210-2022, located at 1900 Riverside Drive (the “Design Review Case”), and after having conducted a public hearing on the appeal on January 30, 2024, pursuant to the Glendale Municipal Code, 1995 (“GMC”), and receiving testimony, the Council of the City of Glendale, California, based upon all of the evidence in the record, hereby), as outlined in the January 30, 2024 staff report from the Director of Community Development, the City Council hereby continues the matter and directing the City Attorney to draft findings reversing the Design Review Board’s decision and denying the Project.
