MOTION
Moved by Housing Authority Member ____________________________, seconded by Housing Authority Member ___________________________ that the Executive Director, or his designee, is hereby authorized to execute a Letter of Loan Commitment and Lease Option with EAH Housing, all as outlined in the Joint Report to Council and Housing Authority dated January 30, 2024 from the Director of Community Development (“Report”) in substantially the same form as the drafts of each attached to the Report as Exhibits 2 and 3, subject to any Housing Authority comments or modifications at the hearing on January 30, 2024. The Letter of Loan Commitment and Lease Option shall each be subject to approval as to form by the City Attorney.
