The Joint Meeting of the Glendale City Council and Glendale Housing Authority convened in the City Hal Council Chambers, in said City, at 2:07 p.m. on the above date, pursuant to a call for such meeting signed by the City Clerk of the City Council, and on file with the City Clerk, a copy of which is as follows:

A JOINT PUBLIC MEETING of the City Council and Housing Authority is hereby called to meet at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, January 30, 2024, in the Council Chamber, 613 E.
Broadway, 2nd Floor, Glendale, CA 91206 to consider the following item(s) of business, to wit;
1. Community Development, re: Execution of a Letter of Loan Commitment and Lease Option with EAH Housing for a 68-Unit Affordable Rental Housing Project for Seniors at 426 Piedmont Avenue and 507 Naranja Drive, Resolutions Approving a Cooperation Agreement Between the Housing Authority and the City of Glendale for the Purpose of Housing Authority Administration of PLHA Program Funds, and Approval of a Resolution of Appropriation for HOME-ARP Program funding in the amount of $2,181,500 for 426 Piedmont Avenue and 507 Naranja Drive a.
