Najarian _ that the City Council of the City of Glendale hereby accepts the Greater Downtown Glendale Association's Calendar Year 2023 Annual Report and the Calendar Year 2024 Budget for the Greater Downtown Glendale Community Benefit District, as more particularly described in the Report to Council, dated February 6, 2024, from the Director of Community Development.
