A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GLENDALE ADOPTING PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT PLAN NO. 12-244 FOR VACATION CASE NO. 189V;
THE PROPOSED SUMMARY VACATION OF THE FIRST ALLEY SOUTHWESTERLY OF RIVERSIDE DRIVE, NORTHWESTERLY OF ALLEN AVENUE (ALLEY 307), IN GLENDALE, AND DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO FILE SAID PLAN.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GLENDALE:
SECTION 1: The attached Plan for the proposed summary vacation of the public road, highway and alley purposes easement at 1900 Riverside Drive, Vacation Case No. 189V, in the City of Glendale, is hereby approved, adopted, and designated, and shall hereafter be known as Plan No. 12-244.
SECTION 2: The City Clerk is hereby directed to file said Plan in the office of the City Clerk as adopted by this Resolution.
