Moved by Council Member ______ ..eD"'e"--vi""· n,,e'----' seconded by Council Member --------'N,,:ac..icea:.=.r.:::ia::,ne..._ ___ , that, regarding the Report to Council dated February 27, 2024 pertaining to the preservation and reuse of the former Rockhaven Sanitarium located at 2713 Honolulu Avenue, the Council of the City of Glendale directs staff on preferred next steps as follows:
Staff shall prepare, and submit to Council for its review and consideration, a cost estimate to "mothball" the buildings (other than the Pines Cottage) including a prioritization based on building condition and available funding sources.

Noes: N one
Absent: Asatryan, Kassakhian
