A SPECIAL PUBLIC MEETING of the City Council is hereby called to meet at 3:00 PM on Tuesday, February 27, 2024, in the Council Chamber, 613 E. Broadway, 2nd Floor, Glendale, CA 91206 to consider the following item(s) of business, to wit;
1.Community Development, re: Contract Amendment with SWA in the amount of $900,765 for Additional Design Services for the Preservation and Reuse of City Owned Property Located at the Former Rockhaven Sanitarium – 2713 Honolulu Avenue (APNs: 5610-024-900 thru 910) (Contract #8001911) a.Motion to authorize contract amendment with SWA by $900,765 for new not-to-exceed amount of $1,050,765 to provide Additional Design Services for the Rockhaven Project b.Motion directing staff on preferred next steps regarding the preservation and reuse of the former Rockhaven Sanitarium located at 2713 Honolulu Avenue Written Notice of said meeting was given, which Notice consisted of a copy of the foregoing Call, and was served on each Member of the Council not joining in the Call, and upon the in said City not less than 24 hours before the time fixed in said Call for said meeting, as follows:
