MOTION
Moved by Council Member ___________________________________________, seconded by Council Member ______________________________________, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized to set the time, date and place for a public hearing concerning Vacation Case No. 191V; being the vacation of a portion of Southeast Corner of Jackson Street and California Avenue at 246 N Jackson Street; as set forth in the report of the Interim Director of Public Works dated March 5, 2024 and causing the publishing and posting of notice of said Public Hearing as required by-law. The public hearing has been set for March 26, 2024, at 6pm in the City Council Chambers.
