MOTION
Moved by Council Member ___________________________________________, seconded by Council Member ______________________________________, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized to set the time, date and place for a public hearing concerning Vacation Case No. 190V; being the vacation of the First Alley Northeasterly of Victory Boulevard, Between Allen and Irving Avenues (Alley 21); as set forth in the report of the Director of Public Works dated March 5, 2024 and causing the publishing and posting of notice of said Public Hearing as required by-law. The public hearing has been set for March 26, 2024, at 6pm in the City Council Chambers.
