Council Member , that the Council of the City of
Glendale hereby:
1. Authorizes the City Manager, or a designee, to execute a construction contract – subject to approval to form by the City Attorney - with MODAA, Inc., for the Removal of Brick Facade at Fire Training Center Tower and Exterior Concrete Planter Boxes at Civic Center Parking Structure Project, as described in Specification No. 3970, for the amount of one hundred seventy-six thousand four hundred twenty-four dollars ($176,424).
2. Authorizes a 20 percent reserve for contingency, equal to thirty-five thousand two hundred eighty-five dollars ($35,285).
