MOTION
Moved by Council Member Devine , seconded by Council Member Asatryan, that the City Council has reviewed and heard the March 26, 2024 staff report and presentation from the Director of Community Development on Update Regarding Improvements to the Entitlement and Permitting Process, and hereby provides the following feedback on the proposed work plan to improve the entitlement and permitting process: Staff is directed to implement the proposed action plan for improvements to the entitlement and permitting process, including public engagement and to return the status updates.
