Council Member , that the Council of the City of
Glendale hereby:
1. Authorizes the City Manager, or a designee, to execute amendment #2 to contract 8001439 – subject to approval to form by the City Attorney - with ACCO Engineered Systems, Inc, for the Citywide Maintenance and Repairs of HVAC Systems, increasing the contract amount by $852,000 to the new total not-to- exceed amount of $2,173,160.
