A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GLENDALE ADOPTING PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT PLAN NO. 12-246 FOR VACATION CASE NO. 191V; THE PROPOSED VACATION OF A PORTION OF SOUTHEAST CORNER OF JACKSON STREET AND CALIFORNIA AVENUE AT 246 N JACKSON STREET, IN GLENDALE, AND DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO FILE SAID PLAN.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GLENDALE:
SECTION 1: The attached Plan for the proposed vacation of a portion of Southeast Corner of Jackson Street and California Avenue at 246 N Jackson Street, in the City of Glendale, is hereby approved, adopted, and designated, and shall hereafter be known as Plan No. 12-246.
SECTION 2: The City Clerk is hereby directed to file said Plan in the office of the City Clerk as adopted by this Resolution.
