The Special Public Meeting of the Glendale City Council convened in the Brand Studios, in said City, at 3:03 p.m. on the above date, pursuant to a call for such meeting signed by the City Clerk of the City Council, and on file with the City Clerk, a copy of which is as follows:

A SPECIAL PUBLIC MEETING of the City Council is hereby called to meet at 3:00 PM on Tuesday, March 26, 2024, in the Council Chamber, 613 E. Broadway, 2nd Floor, Glendale, CA 91206 to consider the following item(s) of business, to wit;
1. Community Development, re: Use of City Days at the Alex Theatre: Armenian Genocide Commemoration and Rhythm Is Us Show
a. Motion to approve use of one of twelve annual City Days at the Alex Theatre for the Armenian Genocide Commemoration Event on Sunday, April 21, 2024 and to cover the costs associated with labor and additional equipment rentals at the Theatre for the day
b. Motion to approve use of one of twelve annual City Days at the Alex Theatre for the Jacob Armen presentation of Rhythm Is Us on a mutually agreeable weekday
2. Community Development, re: Improvements to the Entitlement and Permitting Process
a. Motion providing Council feedback on the proposed work plan to improve the entitlement and permitting process
