Moved by ______________, seconded by _____________, that the City Council provides the following direction to staff on the proposed code amendments and new objective design standards multi-family residential developments in Residential zones (MF Project, Case No. PZC-0007-2023), and on the proposed code amendments and new objective design standards for multi-family and mixed use developments in Commercial zones (MU Project, Case No. PZC-0009-2023), described in the April 2, 2024 staff report from the Director of Community Development, and based on that direction further directs staff to proceed with finalizing the standards for presentation to the Design Review Board and Planning Commission prior to returning to City Council for introduction of an ordinance:
