MOTION
Moved by Council Member _____________________________, seconded by Council Member _________________________, that the City Council hereby directs staff to prepare resolutions with findings to support Surplus Land Act exemptions for certain City-owned property, specifically Glendale Community College Lot 30, Montrose Lot 3, Downtown Lots 2 and 4, as outlined in the April 2, 2024 staff report from the Director of Community Development, and further directs staff to commence preparation of requests for proposals for the possible future disposition and or development of said City-owned property based upon the State Department of Housing and Community Development finding that the properties are exempt from the Surplus Land Act.
