MOTION
Moved by Council Member _____________________________________, seconded by Council Member ______________________________________, that the Council of the City of Glendale hereby authorizes the City Manager, or his designee, to execute a change order to increase the contract amount by $350,000.00 to the Contract with Elecnor Belco Electric, Inc., for fiber optic upgrades, Contract No. 8001367, for the reasons set forth in the April 16, 2024 Report by the Director of Public Works.
