M O T I O N
Moved by Council Member ________________________________, seconded by Council Member __________________________________, that the City Council hereby authorizes the City Manager, or his designee, to execute Amendment No. 1 to the existing Professional Services Agreement with Eurofins Eaton Analytical, LLC, contract no. 8001994, to increase the not to exceed amount by $179,000 to a new total not to exceed amount of $379,000, as explained in the Report dated April 16, 2024 by the General Manager of Glendale Water & Power. The City Manager, or his designee, is authorized to execute said Amendment No. 1 subject to approval by the City Attorney.
