MOTION
Moved by Planning Commissioner Minassian, seconded by Planning Commissioner Fuentes, that upon consideration of the proposed ordinances, and after reviewing the applicable CEQA exemption outlined in the Planning Commission staff report dated February 21, 2024, as well as the records, files, reports, and all documentary evidence submitted with regard to said Case No. PZC-0004-2023 to amend Title 30 of the Glendale Municipal Code, 1995, relating generally to design review, entitlement processes, parking requirements for certain uses, and miscellaneous zoning code clean ups, the Planning Commission hereby recommends that the City Council adopt the ordinance amending Title 30 as presented.
