M O T I O N
Moved by Council Member ________________________________, seconded by Council Member __________________________________, that the City Council hereby authorizes the City Manager, or his designee, to execute an agreement for the City of Glendale’s continued subscription to Open Access Technology, Inc. (OATI) services as described in the Report dated April 30, 2024 by the General Manager of Glendale Water & Power Department, pursuant to Contract No C103486B for a total not-to- exceed amount of $325,000 for a five period through Fiscal Year 2028-2029. The form of said agreement shall be subject to approval by the City Attorney.
