M O T I O N
Moved by Council Member ________________________________, seconded by Council Member __________________________________, hereby authorizes the City of Glendale’s continued subscription to Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. (ICE) as described in the Report dated April 30, 2024 by the General Manager of Glendale Water & Power Department, pursuant to Contract No 8000558 for a total not-to-exceed amount of $283,000 for a five period through Fiscal Year 2028-2029, and authorizes the City Manager, or his designee, to execute any necessary documents for said continued subscription. The form of said documents shall be subject to approval by the City Attorney.
