M O T I O N
Moved by Council Member ________________________________, seconded by Council Member __________________________________, that the City Council hereby approves the City of Glendale’s participation in the 2023 California Water and Wastewater Arrearage Payment Program and authorizes the City Manager, or his designee, to accept State funding via the California Water and Wastewater Arrearage Payment Program (CWWAPP) to provide utility bill credit for water and wastewater customers. The City Manager, or his designee, is further authorized to execute any document(s) necessary for the receipt and implementation of the CWWAPP funding, subject to approval by the City Attorney.
