Moved by ______________, seconded by _____________, that the City Council of the City of Glendale hereby authorizes staff to finalize the negotiations for, and complete the disposition of, certain city-owned real property (APN 5636-007-903) (“Property”), located adjacent to 1015 N. Central Avenue, to the Western Diocese of the Armenian Church of North America based on the fair market appraised value, and contingent on the state Housing and Community Development Department's approval of the City’s resolution declaring the Property exempt from the Surplus Land Act.
