• New contract incorporates recommendations from Internal Audit to improve contract administration and operation
• Staffing salary increases due to new minimum wage requirements • Additional requirement of PCI Level II certification to insure continued PCI-DSS compliance
• Quantified Performance Standards and Liquidated Damages to ensure exceptional customer service and contract compliance
• Requirement of a Performance Bond
