A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GLENDALE, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING SPECIFICATION NO. 3979 AND PLANS TO FURNISH
MATERIALS, EQUIPMENT, AND LABOR FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF FIBER
OPTIC LINE TO THE PARKS AND FACILITIES IN SCHOLL CANYON AND
DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GLENDALE:
SECTION 1. The specifications and plans, on file in the Glendale Water & Power Department – Electrical Engineering Office, to furnish materials, equipment, and labor for the construction of fiber optic line to the parks and facilities in Scholl Canyon, including the various documents incorporated therein, are hereby approved, adopted, designated and shall hereafter be known as Specifications No. 3979 and Plans.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise for bids for work, equipment and materials described in Specifications No. 3979 and Plans adopted by this Resolution.
