A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GLENDALE, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING SPECIFICATION NO. 3982 FOR VAULT DEWATERING,
HAZARDOUS WASTE DISPOSAL AND EMERGENCY RESPONSE CLEAN-UPAND
DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GLENDALE:
SECTION 1. The specifications to furnish materials, equipment and labor for vault dewatering, hazardous waste disposal and emergency response clean-up for Glendale Water and Power, including the various documents incorporated therein, are hereby approved, adopted, designated and shall hereafter be known as Specifications No. 3982.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise for bids for work, equipment and materials described in Specifications No. 3982 adopted by this Resolution.
