MOTION
Moved by Council Member ,
seconded by Council Member , that the Council of
the City of Glendale finds that, Izurieta Fence Company, Inc., has provided the lowest responsive bid, and they are a responsible bidder, for the Scholl Canyon Perimeter Fencing Replacement Project, as described in Specifications No. 3960, and that the bid of Izurieta Fence Company, Inc., for the amount of $153,664 is hereby accepted and approved, as recommended by the Interim Director of Public Works, and that all other bids be, and are, hereby rejected. The Council authorizes the City Manager or his designee to execute a contract, subject to approval as to form by the City Attorney, with Izurieta Fence Company, Inc., in the amount of $153,664. The Council further approves a 10% reserve for contingencies in the amount of $15,366.
