Moved by Council Member ____________________________, seconded by Council Member ___________________________, that the Council authorizes the acceptance of FY 2023-2024 One-Time-Only baseline funding of $50,000 for C-2 Home Delivered Meals for the provision of Elderly Nutrition Program from County of Los Angeles Aging and Disabilities Department as set forth in the Report to Council dated May 14, 2024; and authorizes the City Manager or a designee to execute Amendment Thirteen to the County of Los Angeles Aging and Disabilities Department Contract Subaward Number ENP202106 Subaward period July 2020 – June 2024 to accept and implement Los Angeles County AD funding.
