M O T I O N
Moved by Council Member ________________________________, seconded by Council Member __________________________________, that the City Council hereby authorizes the City Manager, or his designee, to execute Amendment No. 4 to the City’s existing Service Schedule Agreement (Contract No. 8000569) with Alliance for Cooperative Energy Services Power Marketing, LLC (“ACES”), under Southern California Public Power Authority (“SCPPA”) Service Agreement, to extend the City of Glendale’s Participation in a Service Agreement for two additional years for real-time energy trading and related support services for at total amount not to exceed amount of $2,524,524, plus an additional one-year extension at the City’s option for an amount not to exceed $1,264,170, for a new total contract amount not-to-exceed amount of $9,193,235, inclusive of contingencies. The form of said amendments shall be subject to approval by the City Attorney.
