by Council Member , that the Council of the City of
Glendale hereby:
1. Authorizes the City Manager, or their designee, to execute a construction contract – subject to approval by the City Attorney – with Toro Enterprises, Inc., for the La Crescenta Avenue Rehabilitation Project, Specification No. 3829, for the amount of $15,433,821.
2. Authorizes a 10 percent reserve for contingency, equal to $1,543,382.
