A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GLENDALE, CALIFORNIA REJECTING BIDS FOR SPECIFICATION NO. 3829 AND ADOPTING THE PLANS
AND SPECIFICATION FOR THE LA CRESCENTA AVENUE REHABILITATION PROJECT, SPECIFICATION NO. 3829R, PLAN NOS. 1-3071, 3-1572, 4-649, 4-650, 18-114, 49-247, 50-638, 50-639, 50-648, 50-672, 50-673, 50-698, 50-699, AND 70-113; AND DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GLENDALE:
SECTION 1. That the bid(s) received in 2024 in response to La Crescenta Avenue Rehabilitation Project, Specification No. 3829, are rejected, as explained in the report dated May 21, 2024, from the Public Works Department.
SECTION 2.The Plans and Specifications on file in the City Clerk’s office for the La Crescenta Avenue Rehabilitation Project including various documents incorporated herein, are hereby approved, adopted, designated, and shall hereafter be known as Specification No. 3829R, Plan Nos. 1-3071, 3-1572, 4-649, 4-650, 18-114, 49-247, 50-638, 50-639, 50-648, 50-672, 50-673, 50-698, 50-699, and 70-113.
SECTION 3.The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise for bids for the work, equipment and materials described in these Plans and Specification adopted by this Resolution.
