M O T I O N
Moved by Council Member ________________________________, seconded by Council Member __________________________________, that the City Council hereby authorizes the City Manager, or his designee, to execute Amendment No. 5 to the City’s existing Software Implementation and Professional Services Agreement (Contract No. C106038) with N. Harris Computer Corporation for an additional five years in the amount not to exceed $600,000, through Fiscal Year 2028-2029, for a total contract not to exceed amount of $1,887,853. The form of said amendment shall be subject to approval by the City Attorney.
