A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GLENDALE
ADOPTING APPROPRIATIONS LIMIT FOR THE CITY OF GLENDALE
WHEREAS, California State law requires the adopting of an annual appropriations limit for the City of Glendale; and
WHEREAS, the Finance Department has calculated the appropriations limit for the Fiscal Year 2024-25 and in doing so has elected to use the change in the City of Glendale’s population and the change in the City of Glendale’s local assessment roll from the preceding year that is due to the addition of local non-residential new construction; and WHEREAS, the Finance Department will retain these working papers on file for a period of fifteen (15) days as required under the law;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GLENDALE THAT THE COUNCIL does hereby adopt the appropriations limit for the Fiscal Year 2024-25 of $393,321,114.
