MOTION
Moved by Housing Authority Member _______________________, seconded by Housing Authority Member ____________________________, that the Housing Authority:
1. Has reviewed and approves the FY 2024-25 Annual Action Plan (“Plan”) for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG), and HOME Investment Partnership Act (HOME) Programs totaling $3,710,552, as more particularly outlined in the June 4, 2024, Joint Report, including its attachments and exhibits, to the City Council and Housing Authority of the City of Glendale; and
2. Authorizes staff to submit the Plan to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) as recommended by the CDBG Advisory Committee, the Glendale Homeless Continuum of Care Board, and staff.
