MOTION
Moved by Council Member _____________, seconded by Council Member __________, that upon review and consideration of all materials in connection with the Stage I Preliminary Design Review submittal for a proposed new 40-unit, 5-story multi- family development with parking and a public open space area in the Downtown Specific Plan (DSP) East Broadway District, to be located at 126-128 S. Kenwood Street, Glendale, California (Case No. PDR-002684-2023), the City Council approves the Stage I preliminary design, as outlined in the June 11, 2024 staff report from the Director of Community Development, subject to staff recommendations contained therein or attached hereto, and subject to Council comments thereon.
