MOTION
Moved by Council Member ____________________________, seconded by Council Member ___________________________, that the City Manager, or designee, is hereby authorized to execute a contract with JB & Associates, LLC, in an amount not to exceed $122,810 for citywide pedestrian and bicycle counts required for Vision Zero Action Plan development, as outlined in the June 25, 2024, staff report from the Director of Community Development. Said agreement shall be subject to approval as to form by the City Attorney.
