MOTION
Moved by Council Member _______________________, seconded by Council Member ____________________________, that the City Council hereby approves approving acceptance of grant funds in the amount of $2,930,721 from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for the 2023 Continuum of Care (CoC) Program; authorizes the City Manager or a designee to execute all agreements, certifications, and documents necessary to accept and implement the funds; and notes and files the City of Glendale’s 2024 Homeless Point-in-Time Count.
