The Joint City Council and Housing Authority Meeting of the Glendale City Council convened in the Glendale City Hall, Council Chambers, in said City, at 2:04 p.m. on the above date, pursuant to a call for such meeting signed by the City Clerk of the City Council, and on file with the City Clerk, a copy of which is as follows:

A JOINT PUBLIC MEETING of the City Council and Housing Authority is hereby called to meet at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, June 25, 2024, in the Council Chamber, 613 E. Broadway, 2nd Floor, Glendale, CA 91206 to consider the following item(s) of business, to wit;
1. Community Services & Parks, re: Acceptance of grant funds from the U.S.
Department of Housing and Urban Development for the 2023 Continuum of Care Program; and note and file the City of Glendale’s 2024 Homeless Point-in-Time Count a. Council Motion approving acceptance of grant funds in the amount of $2,930,721 from the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for the 2023 Continuum of Care (CoC) Program; authorizing the City Manager or a designee to execute all agreements, certifications, and documents necessary to accept and implement the funds; and noting and filing the City of Glendale’s 2024 Homeless Point-in-Time Count b. Council Resolution of Appropriation to appropriate grant funds in the amount of $2,930,721 received from U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for the 2023 Continuum of Care (CoC) Program
c. Housing Authority Motion approving acceptance of grant funds in the amount of $2,930,721 from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for the 2023 Continuum of Care (CoC) Program; authorizing the Executive Director or a designee to execute all agreements, certifications, and documents necessary to accept and implement the funds; and noting and filing the City of Glendale’s 2024 Homeless Point-in- Time Count
