A SPECIAL PUBLIC MEETING of the City Council is hereby called to meet at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, June 25, 2024, in the Council Chamber, 613 E. Broadway, 2nd Floor, Glendale, CA 91206 to consider the following item(s) of business, to wit;
1. Management Services, re: Sister City Program Update
a. Motion to Note and File Report, and Direct Staff
2. Glendale Water and Power, re: Annual Update to Glendale Water and Power’s (GWP’s) Wildfire Mitigation Plan
a. Resolution adopting Annual Update to Glendale Water and Power’s (GWP’s) Wildfire Mitigation Plan
3. City Attorney, re: 2024-25 Insurance Renewals
a. Motion authorizing the annual renewal of insurance policies for the City's property, excess liability, workers' compensation, cyber liability, and other miscellaneous coverages for 2024-25 fiscal year, in an amount not-to-exceed $9,098,134.00
