_____________ , that the City Council hereby approves the Glendale Police Department’s participation in the Real Estate Fraud Prosecution Trust Fund Program, authorizes the City Manager, or his designee, to accept grant funds in the amount of $48,000 and to execute the necessary agreements, certifications, and other documents required to accept the grant funds.
