M O T I O N
Moved by Council Member ________________________________, seconded by Council Member __________________________________, that the City Council hereby authorizes the City Manager, or his designee, to execute Amendment No. 1 to the existing Professional Services Agreement with SEL Engineering Services, Inc., contract no. 8001356, to increase the not to extend the PSA for a term of two years and increase the not to exceed amount by $300,000 to a new total not to exceed amount of $1,200,000, with a subsequent one-yar term extension option if there are remining funds, as explained in the Report dated July 16, 2024 by the General Manager of Glendale Water & Power. The City Manager, or his designee, is authorized to execute said amendments subject to approval by the City Attorney.
