M O T I O N
Moved by Council Member ________________________________, seconded by Council Member __________________________________, that the City Council hereby authorizes the City Manager, or his designee, to enter into and execute a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) for a term of one-year with EN Engineering, an Entrust Solutions Group company, for fiber business plan implementation support in the not to exceed amount of $349,530, with options to extend the PSA for three additional one-year terms in an amount not to exceed the annual Glendale Water & Power (GWP) budget approved by the City Council for said services for each annual extension term, as described in the Report dated July 16, 2024 by the General Manager of GWP Glendale Water & Power Department. The form of said PSA and subsequent amendments shall be subject to approval by the City Attorney.
