MOTION
Moved by Council Member ____________________________, seconded by Council Member ____________________________, that the Council hereby initiates preparation of amendments to Title 30 of the Glendale Municipal Code related to development standards for accessory dwelling units and junior accessory dwelling units, as set forth in the July 30, 2024 staff report from the Director of Community Development, and per additional or further direction provided by Council at the meeting of the same date. Staff is further directed to submit the Ordinance to the Planning Commission for review and recommendation and then to the Council for its consideration. Council direction for the preparation of said code amendment is as follows:
