Moved by Council Member _____________________________________, seconded by Council Member ______________________________________, that the Council of the City of Glendale hereby authorizes the City Manager, or his designee, to execute a professional services agreement—subject to approval as to form by the City Attorney—with Dan Boyle & Associates LLC to prepare the Glendale Beeline Comprehensive Operational Analysis and Integration Study, as described in the report to the Glendale City Council dated July 30, 2024, in an amount not to exceed $392,139.
